In the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1959 and published in Gazette, 17 December 1959, No. 78, page 1912, taking land for electric works in the Borough of Havelock North, for “being Lot 4, D.P. 9417” read “being part Lot 4, D.P. 9417”.

Dated at Wellington this 12th day of February 1960.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Auckland Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALLOTMENT 86, Ahuroa Parish, situated in Block XIII, Mahurangi Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 5047.)

Also portion Allotment 361A, Waipipi Parish, as shown on D.P. 21870, situated in Block II, Maioro Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 1·7 perches, more or less. A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

SECTIONS 12 and 13, Block III, Town of Wyndham: Area, 2 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 39, folio 222, and balance of certificate of title, Volume 39, folio 254. (S.O. Plan 2395.)
