He is appointed to the rank of Flying Officer, with seniority and effect from 9 February 1960.

Extension of Date of Retirement

The age for retirement of Group Captain Miles Aylmer Fulton Barnett, O.B.E., M.SC., PH.D., F.INST.P., F.R.S.N.Z. (130923), is extended for a further period of one year, with effect from 10 January 1960.

Amendment

The notice published in Gazette, 21 January 1960, No. 4, page 57, relating to “Wing Commander Charles Henry Noel L’Estrange”, is amended to read “134222” instead of “134227”.
