A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

Defining the Middle Line of the Sockburn-Styx Railway, and Revoking Previous Proclamation

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of June 1953, and published in the Gazette, 25 June 1953, Volume II, page 962, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Sockburn-Styx railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within a distance of 33 ft on either side of the middle line hereby defined.
