Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block III, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Motueka Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

0 0 31·3 Part Section 248, District of Motueka; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 161135 (S.O. 10029) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Road Closed

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for the development of water power (Otahuhu substation) described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 10·3 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining part Allotment 3; part land on D.P. 1728, being part Allotment 3; part Lot 1, D.P. 27223, being part Allotment 11, Parish of Manurewa; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151431 (S.O. 39537) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land Held for the Development of Water Power (Otahuhu Substation)

ALL that piece of land containing 23·8 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. and being part Lot 1, D.P. 27223, being part Allotment 11, Manurewa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147850 (S.O. 39191) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 34 perches, situated in Block III, Awaateatua Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through parts Allotments 100 and 108A, Parish of Matata; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157565 (S.O. 39348) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
