ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the special area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 8, Deposit Plan No. 5119 and being on the eastern side of Golf Links Road; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 8 to the north-western side of Horseshoe Lake Road; thence southerly across that road to the special area boundary and being the northern corner of Lot 9, Deposit Plan No. 764; thence southerly generally, westerly and northerly generally along the special area boundary to the point of commencement.
