Boundaries of Borough of Naseby, County of Maniototo and Mount Ida Riding of County of Maniototo Defined

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Naseby, the County of Maniototo, and the Mount Ida Riding of the County of Maniototo, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council made on the 14th day of October 1959 and published in Gazette, 15 October 1959, No. 62, page 1474.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF NASEBY

ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing 188 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 72, Block I, Naseby Survey District; thence westerly, northerly, and easterly along the southern, western, and northern boundaries of that Section 72 and north-easterly across a road to the westernmost corner of Section 105, Block I, Naseby Survey District; thence generally easterly
