A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IVA, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1959.
