Vested in the Wanganui, Wellington, and Otago Education
Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her
Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto,
being areas vested in the Wanganui and Wellington Educa-
tion Boards, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board,
as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the
Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust
affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances,
liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 34, Block IV, Tiriraukawa Survey District: Area, 33
acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title,
Volume 105, folio 213. (S.O. Plan 24054.)

hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 23rd day of February 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 5·1 perches, situated
in Block V, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland R.D., being part
Section 338; as the same is more particularly delineated on

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon

described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1959.

Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Howick,
Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 6, D.P. 28576, being

Howick; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 158064 (S.O. 41103) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
