Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of December 1959, subject as to Lot 1, D.P. 45330, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 626464, Auckland Land Registry, to the building-line restriction contained in Order in Council No. 15262, Auckland Land Registry, and to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 626428, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 2, D.P. 45330, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 626466, Auckland Land Registry, and to the building-line restriction contained in Order in Council No. 15262, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of December 1959, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 611193, Auckland Land Registry.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
———
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
