Being part Lot 1, D.P. 46014, being part Allotment 59, small lots near Onehunga.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga. (S.O. 41753.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16344 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Directing the Sale of a Leasehold Estate in Land in the Borough of Bluff

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 2nd day of December 1959.

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Bluff by Her Majesty the Queen for police purposes for a term of 17½ years from the 1st day of July 1955 the leasehold estate in the land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19·5 perches, situated in the Borough of Bluff, being Lot 14, D.P. 4386, Southland Land Registry, and being part Section 1, Block XXV, Town of Campbelltown.
