A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 33 perches, situated in Block XII, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 31841, being part Allotments 9 and 9c, Waitakerei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160605 (S.O. 41175) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 10·9 perches, situated in Block XII, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, L.T. Plan 46686. Part certificate of title, Volume 1181, folio 29, Auckland Land Registry.
