Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land containing 353 acres and 21 perches, more or less, being the land known as Waikare 2E 1, 3A, 4A, and Tutaematai B 2B 1 Blocks, situated in Block VII, Russell Survey District (M.L. Plans 12843 and 13617).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1959.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood 3·2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 6, Town of Hokianga (Rawene) as shown on D.P. 23354. Balance certificate of title, Volume 630, folio 131, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 36 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Taharoa A 7B, situated in Block II, Marokopa Survey District, and being all the land shown in provisional register, Volume 141, folio 51 (M.L. Plan 9601⁵).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 26th day of November 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 4 acres 3 roods, situated in Block I, Puniu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 266A, Mangapiko Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160493 (S.O. 39482) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1959.
