EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 291, for 502 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, being all the block situated in Block VIII of the Maori Survey District and Block I of the Coast Survey District called Te Akau A 6c in the name of Ropihā Wiremu Hoete, of Port Waikato, farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
