Transfer Act 1952 unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same on or before the expiration of one month from the date

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding
duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 161, folio 86, South-
land Registry in the name of the Opio Public Hall Society
(Incorporated), for 10 acres being Section 154, Block V,
Wairio District, and also memorandum of mortgage No. 81272
whereof James Anderson Pears the younger, of Nightcaps,
farmer, is the mortgagee of the said land and application
(No. 164459) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title, in lieu of the said outstanding duplicate certificate
of title and to dispense with production of the said memorandum of mortgage under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act
1952, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new
certificate of title and to register a discharge of the said
mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
