Land Taken for Street in the City of Gisborne
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
23rd day of November 1959.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7·1 perches, situated in the
City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 57,
D.P. 1644, being part Kaiti 334 Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160472
(S.O. 5129) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 13th day of November 1959.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and that the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a pleasure ground, and that the said pieces of land shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 23rd day of November 1959.
