Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being a testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule

Revocation of Approval to Issue Warrant of Fitness

Pursuant to subclause (3) of regulation 52 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the firm described in the Schedule hereto to issue warrants of fitness for motor vehicles.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kaha Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 13 January 1932 and published in the Gazette, 21 January 1932, Volume I, page 115.

Classification of Roads in Raglan County

Pursuant to regulation 3 (11) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes that Warrant dated the 11th day of August 1950† in so far as it relates to the roads described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Raglan County Council’s proposed classification of roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Raglan County.
