NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Warkworth Town Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a street, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk at the Municipal Buildings, Alnwick Street, Warkworth, and it is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Municipal Buildings, Alnwick Street, Warkworth.
SCHEDULE
33·3 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 67, Parish of Mahurangi, recorded in Deeds Index 1B-299 in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland and being shown coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 41858.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Invercargill City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, a deviation in Clyde Street, in the City of Invercargill, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situate in Tay Street, Invercargill, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Tay Street, Invercargill.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situate in the City of Invercargill containing seven-tenths of a pole (·007p.), or thereabouts, being part of Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 4531, part of Section 22, Block XXIII, Town of Invercargill, part of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 178, folio 88 (Southland Registry); as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan No. 6618 and thereon coloured blue.

PUBUC notice is hereby given that the Picton Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 15th day of October 1959, has resolved to prepare for the Picton Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Picton Borough District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 15th day of January 1960.

BOROUGH OF HENDERSON

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
—
District Planning Scheme
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Henderson was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 2nd day of November 1959 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all variations of the scheme required by the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 18th day of November 1959.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in the Henderson Public Library, Thomas Street, Henderson, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand. The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
