Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block XV, Kaitarau Survey District, Kaikoura County

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1959.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 30·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Kaitarau Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being Section 11, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160436 (S.O. 3791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of November 1959.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for State Forest Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Thames

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for State forest purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 31·1 perches, situated in the Borough of Thames, being Lot 30, D.P. S. 2710, being part Huikaretu A No. 2 Block. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 564, folio 182, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of November 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 170 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for coal-mining operations under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 2·1 {Parts Lot 33, D.P. 24664, being part Allotments

0 0 0·4 } 237 and 244 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160441 (S.O. 41623) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
