COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Islington Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 53, D.P. 3963, and being part Rural Section 4453. Balance certificate of title, Volume 514, folio 114, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 22·2 perches, situated in Block III, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 94, Parish of Paremoremo; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160059 (S.O. 36847) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
