A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of July 1959 and published in Gazette, 23 July 1959, No. 44, page 984, taking land for State housing purposes in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, subject to a building-line condition, in so far as it affects the land first described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line condition imposed by No. 425792, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1959
