CORRIGENDUM

THE notification of the notice entitled “Revoking Designation
of State Highway, Revoking Declaration of Main Highway”
and dated the 27th day of July 1959, as published in Gazette,
6 August 1959, No. 47, page 1085, is incorrect, and to con-
form with the notice of notification should be read with the
words “Gazette dated 10 October 1940, page 2601” substituted
for the words “Gazette dated 17 May 1951”.

Dated at Wellington this 30th day of September 1959.

ERRATUM

THE notification of the Order in Council entitled “Appointing
a Commission to Inquire Into Accident at Kings Wharf
Premises of Auckland Farmers Freezing Co. Ltd.” and dated
7 October 1959, as published in the Gazette, 8 October 1959,
No. 61, page 1423, is incorrect; and to conform with the
Order in Council the notification should be read with the date
“30th day of November 1959” substituted for the date “13th
day of November 1959”.

Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Govern-
ment in Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the
General Government; and I also declare that this Procla-
mation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October
1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood, situated in
Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington R.D., being
Section 1, Block XV, Town of Owhango, and being all the
land in Proclamation No. 4746, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of October 1959.

Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of
Taumarunui

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for additional land
for public buildings of the General Government; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 19th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 4·43 perches, situ-
ated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District, Borough of
Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., being formerly part railway
land in Proclamation No. 12656, being part Allotment 10,
Block I, Taumarunui Maori Township; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 160230
(L.O. 16216) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of October 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 19th day of October 1959.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 7 perches,
situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., being Lot 45, D.P. 20633, and being part Rural Section
111.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of October 1959.
