Revocation of Appointment of the Grovetown Hall Board to Control a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in the Marlborough County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Grovetown Hall Board to control the reserve for a site for a public hall described in the Schedule hereto and hereby vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Marlborough, in trust, for a reserve for a site for a public hall.
