Notifying the Vesting of Public Reserves in the Crown

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Land Subdivision in Counties Act 1946, it is hereby notified that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been vested in Her Majesty for the purposes specified and from the dates shown at the end of the respective descriptions.

The Thames Milk Delivery Scheme 1957, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Milk Regulations 1956,* the New Zealand Milk Board hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Thames Milk Delivery Scheme 1957, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Thames Milk Delivery Scheme 1957† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. The principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking clause 2 and substituting the following clause:

“2. The Borough of Thames and parts of the Thames County are hereby declared a zoning area; and the boundaries of the said zoning area shall be those delineated on the plan deposited for the purpose in the district office of the New Zealand Milk Board, British Traders Insurance Building, Garden Place, Hamilton, under the number N.Z.M.B. 97/1/1.”

  1. The Thames Milk Delivery Scheme, Amendment No. 1, shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1959.
