EVIDENCE of the loss of certificates of title, Volume 28, folio 246 (Canterbury Registry), for 20 perches, or thereabouts, situated in the Borough of Waimate, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 150, part of Rural Section 4311, and Volume 28, folio 270 (Canterbury Registry), for 20 perches, or thereabouts, situated in the Borough of Waimate, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 150, part of Rural Section 4311, in the name of John Henry Dockrill, of Timaru, footwear store proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
