A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XI, Wakarara Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street at Onerahi
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Whangarei Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Additional Land at Westbrook Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway and Revoking Previous Proclamation

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 19th day of December 1958 and published in Gazette, 15 January 1959, No. 2, page 10, setting apart Crown land for railway purposes at Westbrook; and hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 acres 3 roods 35 perches.
Being part Allotment 248A, Waikomiti Parish.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Glen Eden; shown on S.O. Plan 40349, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
