A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in the Borough of Whakatane, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 1264, being part Allotment 261, Parish of Waimana. Balance certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 42, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of August 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Napier Harbour Board by Frederick William Browne, of Napier, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 8881, Hawke’s Bay Registry, is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Napier Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

ALL that leasehold estate in land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 3 acres and 18·7 perches, situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 6170, part Ahuriri Lagoon and part Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157749 (S.O. 3081) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by the Auckland Bus Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated private company having its registered office at New Lynn, Auckland, and Robert Edgar McCrae, of Auckland, company manager, holding over upon the expiration of memorandum of lease No. 19059, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the proper development or use of the said land for commercial purposes in accordance with the New Lynn Borough Council’s operative district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for providing access from the Great North Road to the community centre block contemplated by the said Council, and for the provision and preservation of amenities contemplated by the creation of the community centre block in the Borough of New Lynn, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.
