Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block II, Titirangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and across the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7·1 perches, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 4212, being part Allotment 4, Parish of Waikomiti; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159838 (S.O. 41309) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acres 2 roods 36·5 perches, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 4212, being part Allotment 4, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153794 (S.O. 39817) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of August 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 15·8 perches, situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 40092. All certificate of title, Volume 1054, folio 235, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre, situated in Block XII, Hawkins Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 21, D.P. 434, and being part Rural Section 15696. Part certificate of title, Volume 221, folio 167, Canterbury Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Manurewa, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

1 0 32·2 Part Lot 2, D.P. 8507, being part Clendons Grant; coloured yellow on plan.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, together with and subject as to the land first described to certain rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 444181; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1959.
