to the Matamata County Council stopping the portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto.

taken for the proper development or use of the said land for
commercial purposes in accordance with the New Lynn

Borough Council's operative district scheme, under the Town
and Country Planning Act 1953, for providing access from
the Great North Road to the Community Centre Block con-
templated by the said Council, and for the provision and
preservation of amenities contemplated by the creation of the

It is hereby notified for public information that, acting on the
authority of Royal Warrant requiring and commanding that
the Public Seal of New Zealand for the reign of His late
Majesty King George VI be defaced in the Executive Council,

RNZAF Reserve, to be Captain and is appointed DAA and
QMG, HQ, Royal Artillery, N.Z. Division. Dated 12 June

6th Light Anti-aircraft Regiment, RNZA
Captain (temp. Major) James Henry Broughton Wilding,
E.D., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List,
Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, in the rank of Major.
