NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, Topline Distributors Ltd. has duly entered in its minute book on Monday, 10 August 1959, the following extraordinary resolutions:

“(1) That the company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue its business.
“(2) That it is advisable that the company should be wound up voluntarily.
“(3) That Colin Desmond Smith, public accountant, of Hamilton, be nominated as liquidator of the company.”

Notice is hereby accordingly given that a meeting of creditors of the said company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, in Toorak Hall, Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 19 August 1959, at 2 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

The attention of creditors is drawn to the fact that proxies required for voting at the above meeting must be lodged with the Secretary, 85 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, not later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 18 August 1959.
