LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 629, folio
33, for three roods four decimal one perches (3r. 4·1p.),
more or less, being Lot 7, Deposited Plan 15440, and being
part Allotment 371, Parish of Te Rapa, in the names of
Henry Percival Buchanan, of Hamilton, company director,
and Sophia Ellery Buchanan, his wife, having been lodged
with me together with an application to issue a new certificate
of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention
to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of
14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

New Zealand is the lessor and William Westcott Wyman, of

wife, are the lessees, having been lodged with me together
with an application for a provisional memorandum of lease
in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to
issue such provisional memorandum of lease on the expiration
of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

to the power conferred upon me by the Incorporated
Societies Act 1908, that the name of the Wakari Improvement
Society Incorporated, which was incorporated under the name
of Wakari Kaikorai Improvement Society Incorporated, has
been altered to Wakari Community Centre Incorporated as
from the 13th day of July 1959.
