A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's hostel; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of August 1959.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 23 perches, situated
in the Borough of Ohakune, Wellington R.D., and being Section
15, Block XX, Ohakune Township. Part balance certificate
of title, Volume 190, folio 235, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of August 1959.

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 24th day of August 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 12.8 perches,
situated in the City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part

Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 159750 (S.O. 39894) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes,
and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken, together with the benefit of a right of way
created in memorandum of transfer No. 17133, Hawke's Bay
Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th
day of August 1959.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Hastings,
Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:
