CORRIGENDUM
THE notification of the notice entitled “Appointment of Honorary Consul-General for the Republic of Indonesia” and dated 22 July 1959, as published in Gazette, 30 July 1959, No. 45, page 1040, is incorrect; and to conform with the notice the notification should be read with the words “George Edwin Lisle Alderton” substituted for the words “George Edward Lisle Alderton”.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (residence), subject to the building-line condition imposed by Order in Council No. 1934, Southland Land Registry, and subject to the rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 110852, Southland Land Registry, and subject also to the rights created by certificate No. 153409, Southland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of August 1959.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 29·9 perches, situated in Block XVI, Town of Gore, Borough of Gore, being Lot 13, D.P. 28. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 192, folio 37, Southland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of August 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of August 1959.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 22·5 perches, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Section 25, Block I, Hanmer Township.
