PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of June 1957 and published in Gazette, 20 June 1957, Volume II, page 1185, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 7191, defining the middle line of the Dunedin-Mosgiel Motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
