Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3·4 perches, situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 43, D.P. 38401, being part Allotment 29, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159616 (S.O. 41235) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1959.
