Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board

——

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for Rabbit Board buildings, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Northern Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board, in trust, for that purpose.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Kirwee Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Kirwee Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
