Board Appointed to Have Control of Athol Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Milton Manuel Soper, and
Ralph Adams Soper

to be the Athol Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Union of Gisborne and Titirangi Domains and Appointment of Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that, on and after the 3rd day of August 1959, the public domains described in the Schedules hereto shall be united to form one public domain to be known as the Gisborne Domain, and further, appoints the Gisborne City Council to be the Gisborne Domain Board to have control of the said domain, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Appointment of Members of Reefton Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

James Lewis Banks

to be a member of the Reefton Domain Board, Nelson Land District, in place of David Robert Johnston, resigned, and further, increases the total number of members of the said Reefton Domain Board from seven to eight and appoints

Louis Cahill Johnston

as the additional member of the board.
