Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 20th day of July 1959, subject as to Lot 33, D.P. 36638, to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 12845, Auckland Land Registry, and to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 531558, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 3, D.P. 44175, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 620451, Auckland Land Registry.
