and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton and
revokes the reservation as reserves for purposes of internal
communication over the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

RESERVE 3086, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Alford Survey District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less.

and Citizens of the Borough of Opotiki and revokes the
reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in
the Schedule hereto.
