COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a university; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Post Office in the City of Christchurch
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for a post office over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be appurtenant to the said land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 7 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 19907, being part Rural Section 54. Part certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 34, Canterbury Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being that portion of Lot 4, D.P. 16797, part Rural Section 54, coloured orange on D.P. 19907. Part certificate of title, Volume 358, folio 34, Canterbury land Registry.

ALL that piece of land containing 37 perches, situated in Block VII, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 2; coloured blue on plan.

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VII, Mangawhero Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159364 (S.O. 24321) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
