A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to a condition as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 7531, Otago Land Registry, and as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule to a condition as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 5275, Otago Land Registry, and as to part to an agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 169542, Otago Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.
