Declaring Land to be Crown Land

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 187 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, situate in Block XI, Russell Survey District, being the land known as Waikare 15A No. 4A and B Blocks (M.L. Plan 10605).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of July 1959.

Land Held for a Public Works Store Set Apart for the Development of Water Power (Addington Substation) in the Borough of Riccarton

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public works store, is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Addington Substation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 21·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Riccarton, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 145, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. 538, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1959.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residences) in the Borough of Blenheim

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences) together with, as to the land first described in the said Schedule, the benefit of pipeline certificates registered as Nos. 23998 and 28542, Marlborough Land Registry, and subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the said pipeline certificate No. 23998; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

0 0 33·1 Lot 13, D.P. 1823. Part certificate of title, Volume 55, folio 52, Marlborough Land Registry.

All being parts Section 4, District of Omaka.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1959.
