Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to a
Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for
the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 11th day of
December 1958, subject to the building-line restriction
imposed by notice No. 450029, Canterbury Land Registry.

date of public notification hereof and the 1st day of February
