A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
SECTION 8, Block II, Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County: Area, 3 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 47/70 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 38758.)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to a building-line restriction registered as K. 40149, Wellington Registry, is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of July 1959.

Notice Cancelling in Part the Notice of Taking Land at Dunedin, Under Sections 140, 141, and 142 of the Harbour Act 1923, for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS by a notice dated the 15th day of April 1949 and registered in the office of the District Land Registrar as No. 5832, notice was given to the Otago Harbour Board that one month from the day of the date thereof, the Governor-General, on behalf of His Majesty the King, would enter upon and take possession of the land referred to in the Schedule thereto, for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway:

And whereas it is now deemed necessary to cancel in part the said notice in the Gazette:

Now, therefore, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the said notice is hereby cancelled in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of July 1959

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approve of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 18th day of August 1958, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of streets described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to portions of the south-eastern side of York Street, the south-western side of Bradford Street and the north-western side of Earle Street, fronting parts of Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland, and comprised in certificates of title, Volume 584, folio 105, Volume 584, folio 120, and Volume 11, folio 203, and shown coloured red on plan A. 2486/2.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of York Street in the City of Auckland, fronting part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

The south-western side of all that portion of Bradford Street in the City of Auckland, fronting part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

The north-western side of all that portion of Earle Street in the City of Auckland, fronting part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158580 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
