Land Taken for Street and in Connection with Street Widening in the City of Lower Hutt

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of July 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Street

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 16·67 Part Lot 38, Block VIII, D.P. 1425; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 10·24} Parts Lot 39, Block VIII, D.P. 1425; coloured blue on plan; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 10·15}
0 0 10·37 Part Lot 40, Block VIII, D.P. 1425; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 8·5 Part Lot 1, D.P. 4782; coloured blue on plan.

Being all parts Section 29, Hutt District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159367 (S.O. 24151) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Taken for a Pumping Station and for Street in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pumping station, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of July 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 34·3 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 738, being part Rural Section 1146; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·5 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 738, being part Rural Section 1146; coloured orange on plan. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159366 (S.O. 9257) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, subject as to part to the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 414878, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of July 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 34·4 perches, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 65, D.P. 20107, being part Sections 80 and 81, Porirua District. Part certificate of title, Volume 791, folio 51, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of June 1959.
