A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for scientific and industrial
research purposes, is hereby set apart for a secondary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of July 1959.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods, situated
in Blocks I and V, Halswell Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
and being part Rural Sections 884, 2223, and 2724; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
159314 (S.O. 9402) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of June 1959.

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on

159339 (S.O. 8967) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
