Declaring Lands in Taranaki and Wellington Land Districts Vested in the Taranaki and Wellington Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 9, Block XI, Huiroa Survey District: Area, 6 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 25, folio 209. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/552J deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 8961.)

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Auckland and South Auckland Education Boards, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
