Volume 85, folio 45, in the name of Frank Horton, the younger, of Hastings, linesman, for 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 4384, part of the Heretaunga Block, and outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage No. 71297 affecting the land in the above-mentioned certificate of title, whereof John Robert Tipping, of Wellington, and Algernon Instone Rainbow, of Hastings, both public accountants, are the mortgagees, and application having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title and a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
