Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Blocks VII and
IX, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga County, to be
Road
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by
the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 26th day of
March 1954, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by
the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 15th day of
March 1954, to be road.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre and 9 perches,
situated in Block IX, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District,
Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 59B 2D 3, Parish of
Matata; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 159266 (M.L. 16450) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon
coloured sepia.

I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by
the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 15th day of March
1954, to be street.

All that piece of land containing 12 acres 2 roods 37·1
perches, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Rangitaiki Upper
Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, being part Allotment

delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159266 (M.L. 16450)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of
December 1924, published in Gazette, 11 December 1924,
Volume III, page 2898, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Wellington as No. 1482, defining the middle line of
a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, in so far as it
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods 12·61 perches,
situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being
Lots 1 to 4, D.P. 20752, being part Section 39, Hutt District.

Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of February
1956 and published in Gazette, 9 February 1956,
Volume I, page 151, taking land and an easement over land
for State housing purposes in Block VI, Onewhero Survey
District, in so far as it affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 18·5 perches, situated in
Block VI, Onewhero Survey District, Auckland R.D., being
part Lot 1, D.P. 13737, being part Allotment 70A, Parish of

the plan marked P.W.D. 149271 (S.O. 37540) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.
