A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of February 1959 and published in Gazette, 5 March 1959, No. 14, page 281, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 497674, proclaiming land as road in Block X, Christchurch Survey District; and I also hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
