A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of June 1959.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIX, Whernside
Survey District, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 20·1} Crown land (formerly railway land).
1 0 18·4}

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 157574 (S.O. 4359) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s
residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 21·6 perches, situated
in the Township of Arthurs Pass, Canterbury R.D., being
Section 70.

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 29th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 28 perches,
situated in Block XI, Whakamaru Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being part Pouakani B No. 10 Block; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
159236 (S.O. 39744) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
